Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend … you better believe it. We want it all, The Full Monty ! As you might imagine, this stripped down drink doesn’t leave all that much to the imagination — its only ingredients are vodka and Galliano. The Diamond is our Cocktail Package and includes everything you need to celebrate your big day whether it be in your backyard , a private residence or the venue of your dreams. Maybe you are serving mostly beer and wine but you want to add a signature drink or two. Our Diamond Package can be a great option for weddings or parties who do not want to provide an “open bar” but still would like to incorporate craft cocktails into the options for their guests. This package will start with us discussing and developing a signature drink or two. Think Mr & Mrs / Mr & Mr / Mrs & Mrs Cocktail Bar. Pimms Bar or Gin Lounge. We will calculate all your needs and products you need to buy. Our craft signature drinks are made with fresh squeezed juices, handmade syrups, and fresh, seasonal herbs and berries. We will provide all garnishes for the specialty cocktails as well. This also will include 2 bubbly bartenders, a basic bar setup, coolers, napkins, straws, and glassware. This package includes up to 3 hours of service before 10pm, and 2 hour of setting up before the event and 2 hours breakdown and clean up after the event with the option of adding additional time and an additional bartender.

Booking “The Diamond ” package gets you all of the below services and props for your event…

Marilyn the vintage caravan herself:

  • The star of the show, our 1970’s vintage Monza caravan ‘Marilyn’
  • Delivery within a 50km Radius of her Boudoir in County Meath

Cocktail Bar: (Up to 100 guests)

  • 2 bubbly staff for the duration of your event
  • Your choice of 2 signature cocktails from our drinks menu (or make up your own)
  • All Cocktail glasses.
  • 6 x Tin 20L ice buckets
  • Stunning Bejeweled Indian Punch Bowls
  • Cocktail garnishes for your chosen signature drink (think edible flowers, cucumber,oranges, berries, mint)
  • 2 of our Amazing Grazing Platters ( where fresh fruits, biscuits, breads, chocolates and other delicious goodies are meticulously styled among decorative florals and greenery) Note: at time of event we reserve the right to exclude/amend this description in order to comply with covid19 public health advice & recommendations
  • Hydration Station with two of our fabulous Drinks Dispensers filled with delicious Elderflower Cordial and Summer Fruits
  • Ice and Hydration Station drink garnish (lemon, lime, strawberries)
  • 2 x 5L Glass drink dispensers (empty)
  • Napkins and Straws
  • Rubbish removal associated with our direct work ... client responsible for disposal of alcohol empties
  • NOTE: Alcohol is BYO, meaning you supply your favourite Bubbles and we’ll serve them to your guests – this ensures you can choose your preferred supplier and keep your event costs down with no alcohol mark ups. All drinks are served from the caravan bar itself which not only allows guests to mingle but to come up and experience the bar as a standout feature of your big celebration.   • We are more than happy for you and your beloved to come inside, cuddle up on our comfy lounge and take some memorable snaps!

Need tea and coffee? Add our tea and coffee service onto your package for only €200.00 for up to 100 guests. Includes vintage cup and saucer hire plus tea (including premium herbal), organic plunger coffee, milk and sugar
